• Harrassment: We have a Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, you will be warned and if you continue such behavior. This includes but not limited to harrassment of our support team or volunteers of any kind. You will be reported to the authorities and your software license could be revoked under such circumstances.
• Spammers Notice: We DO NOT spam anyone EVER! Please report it immediately if you think you have been spammed by a team member or our website. If you see something please say something.

• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. What that means is very simply that we have no issue with refunds and to that end we are very consumer friendly. We will investigate the refund request and we will do what is fair and right. But if you ask for a refund after spamming or damaging the reputation of our site in any way then we have issue with that. Especially if it costs us time and money to repair the damage caused. That is where the case by case basis comes into play. Under normal circumstances we will refund what is fair and right under the software agreement. No refunds will be issued for any product after 30 days beginning the day of purchase, there are no exceptions.
